Rental
Policy
If you are interested in renting a picnic
shelter or the amphitheater an application must be filed
prior to use. Picnic shelters and the amphitheater can
be used at any time, but priority is always given to scheduled
programs and rentals.
Rental Fees
Picnic Shelter rental fees are $25 for residents and $35 for
non-residents. Be sure to complete the picnic
shelter rental application to assure a facility is secured.
Amphitheater rental fees vary upon intended use and duration.

review the following list to determine your appropriate fee.

Notes
1. The number of tables within the shelter are not guaranteed
2.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed
3.
The rentee should bring the reservation form during
the period of use as proof of rental
4.
The rentee may post the reservation form on the appropriate
shelter/amphitheater early on the day of the rental
5.
All trash must be collected and disposed in appropriate containers
6. Motorized vehicles are prohibited in grass areas
7. Any damage to the facility as a result of the rental
will be charge accordingly
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be issued for any program canceled by the
Parks and Recreation Department. Participants may request
for refunds for programs up to five business days prior to
the beginning of the program. In athletic programs and leagues,
the program is considered to begin with the registration deadline,
the first
practice or two weeks prior to the beginning of the season
whichever occurs first.
Refunds received with less than five business days notice
will only be issued for a medical problem when accompanied
by a doctor's excuse. A five dollar administrative fee is
deducted from all refunds including
medical problems to cover clerical costs. The administration
fee is not charged when a program is canceled by the department.
Fees paid by charge cards will be refunded through charge
account credits.
Refund processing takes three to five weeks.
Special Refund Policy:
Refunds for trips and contractual workshops will only be issued
if the spot can be filled from the waiting list.
ASA Dawg Daze Tournament: A $25 refund fee will be charged
to any team requesting a registration or deposit refund.
No registration fee will be returned after March 1st.
Fall Fishing Specials:
A $25 refund fee will be charged to any deposit that is requested
to be refunded.
