1. Be Sure to have Java installed to your computer. Click here to download the latest version.
2. Check the top of the browser to install the ActiveX control. (Allows Camera to be Displayed)
3. The Status Box will let you know when you have control of the Harbor Cam.
4. The 3 Sliders located on the outside of the Harbor Cam are used to control it.
Left Scroller = Zoom In/Out
Right Scroller = Pan Up/Down
Bottom Scroller = Pan Left/Right
Please
be patient as the video is
loaded and the java applet
is started.
The camera
can only be operated by one
person at a time and there
is a 2 minute time limitation
per user.

this is not recommended for
dial up connections due to
the band width necessary
to view the video stream.
You must also have a java
enabled browser for viewing.
